The Central Saloon Presents ***WINTER SOLSTICE PARTY***

The long fall nights are always tough on us, so we decided to throw a charity party on the longest night of the year- the winter solstice. The winter solstice marks the official start of winter and the gradual return of our long summer days.  We're starting the night with Comedians, then 4 live bands, and ending it with a house and funk dance party.

The Central Saloon is Seattle's oldest saloon and where many of Seattle's greatest artists have graced its stage. The Central dates back to three years after The Great Fire. Once ripe with sailors, prostitutes, and loggers, it was apart of the original skid row.

We're donating all of our profits to Roots 501(c)(3)- a young adult shelter based out of the University district. Winter is the hardest time of year for the homeless and Roots needs all the help they can get for providing help to at-risk teens and young adults.
